ConWeb Network has three member consumers’ organizations from South East Europe:

  1. Center for Consumers Protection (CEZAP);
  2. Consumers’ Organization of Macedonia (COM); and
  3. National Consumers Organization of Serbia (NOPS).

In order to maintain the quality and the sustainability of the ConWeb, two types of membership are foreseen: Regular Members and Associated Members.

Regular Members of ConWeb are recognised consumer organisations on the national level who have the right to participate in the policy development and the decision making processes within the Regional Council as a decision making body for ConWeb and a full voting right.

Associated members are those legal entities who are involved in individual programs and activities implemented by ConWeb without being a regular member.

The Regional Council determine procedure and criteria for accession of new members, and decide on accession and type of membership upon membership applications.

COM is an active member of the Consumers International (CI) – International Organization of Consumers, European consumer organization (BEUC) and the European Standardization voice (ANEC).

NOPS is a member of Consumers International (CI) – international federation of consumer organizations and the European consumer voice in standardization (ANEC).

Center for Consumers Protection (CEZAP) has worked with many European organizations dealing with similar issues, working in the field of consumer protection. We were a member of the Consumers International (CI) based in London. This cooperation in our previous work was of great importance, so now, we are working intensively to renew the membership.
